- Preheat the oven to 350-degrees. Lightly oil a 1-1/2 quart baking
dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions
and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onions and cook 5 minutes
stirring frequently.
- Remove skillet from heat and add remaining ingredients, dissolving
the cornstarch in the 1 tbsp of water before adding. Mix well.
- Spoon into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake 40 minutes.
