In covered blender container (or food processor) at high speed, blend
all ingredients -- one-third at a time, until finely chopped. Pour into
a large bowl; cover and chill completely (about 2 hours and for up to
one week).
Per serving: 173 Calories
*Reduce fat anc calories by reducing the oil, but I wouldn't
advise eliminating it completely; use a flavorful, fruity olive oil
to make every gram of fat worth it.
